Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, contact us at yourdailystorehq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Note: Since items ship directly from our suppliers, please allow 7–14 business days for us to process your return once we receive it back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — processing time can vary.
- Contact your bank — there's often processing time before a refund posts.
- If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at yourdailystorehq@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they're defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at yourdailystorehq@gmail.com.
